Refund policy

At Ezthara, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All purchases made on https://ezthara.in/ are final and non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including personal preferences or incorrect orders.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear images of the damaged or defective product
  • Unboxing video (if available)

Once verified, we will assess the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

You can request for an exchange or replacement within 3 days. The exchanged or the replaced product will be delivered within 10 working days.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will try to assist if it has not yet been processed.
  • We do not provide refund for any of the product. We have a zero refund policy.
